Step 1:

The Gauteng Directive and Protocol provide clear guidance that the parties are to submit, and respond too, the rule 41A notices. In the Rule 41A notices is a selection of at least 3 mediators. Agreeing on a mediator is your first successful step in resolving the dispute. Step 2

To begin the process please load your matter and add all relevant documents and details as requested by clicking here:

Please note that you MUST load the Plaintiff and Respondents NAMES, not the representing attorneys.

Please upload your Rule 41A notices and responses as well as any communication confirming the appointment of the mediator.

A once off admin fee of R 1,000.00 excl VAT will be invoiced once your matter is loaded. Failure to pay this invoice within 5 days will result in your matter being deleted from the platform.

Step 3

Our platform will send both parties an email requesting some more information regarding the mediator agreement and the mediator fees.

Once both parties have submitted their information, we will assign the chosen, or assigned, mediator. The system will send all parties an email informing them of the appointment, and the next few steps. The mediator will then reach out and arrange your first meeting.

Step 4

The mediator and the parties will meet and discuss the dispute until resolution. The mediator will update the status of the matter and add any additional documents as required.

Step 5

At the end of the process, whether successful, partially successful or unsuccessful, the mediator will prepare their mediator's report as well as a joint minute. These will be signed and uploaded to the matter.
