Our platform will send both parties an email requesting more detailed information regarding the matter. Please add as much information as you can but don't worry if you don't have everything, you will be able to add more information during the process.
Agreeing on a mediator is your first successful step in resolving the dispute. Please click here https://gpp.adrdirectory.co.za/all-listings/ to review all the mediators on our panel. In the space provided, on your online form, please list three mediators of your preference OR you can elect for the ADR TG to assign you a highly qualified mediator on your behalf.
Once both parties have submitted their information, and signed the agreement to mediate, we will assign the chosen, or assigned, mediator. The mediator will then reach out and arrange your first meeting. We will manage the invoicing and collection of funds to ensure there are no delays in resolving your matter.
The mediator and the parties will meet and discuss the dispute until resolution.
At the end of the process, whether successful, partially successful or unsuccessful, we will require a feedback form to be completed.
